If you are not totally satisfied with your tree at the time
of delivery, simply repackage the tree and ship it back to us
and your money will be totally refunded. (Allow your tree a few
hours to return to its normal shape after being released from
its package.)
We cannot accept Mastercard or Visa and we must receive your
check or money order 1 week before we will ship your tree. You
may notify us of your order via E-Mail or call 715-767-5230.
If you include your e-mail address we will e-mail confirmation
of your order as soon as it is received and notify you when it
is shipped.
